A crisis occasion may happen at any time to anyone to any company:
- A fire in a company’s building
- An industrial accident
- A conflict with the personnel
- Products which may be hazardous for public health
- A natural disaster
- A strategic decision taken by the company, etc.
And suddenly, you will have to confront cameras and the press at your front door.
How are you going to react? How are you going to demonstrate that your company is reliable? How are you going to communicate what you want and not what the media would like or think? How will you eliminate the impact of the negative consequences? How your company’s spokesman – who may not be a communication expert – will manage to handle press and the “ruthless” media?
It is the first time in Greece that a training programme, in this sensitive area, gives all the answers for an integrated and effective communication approach with the media.
The programme is addressed to managers and/or directors who might represent their companies in crisis situations and to public relations/ press relations managers.
