The Learning Organization

Team Management Consultants, representing the Innovation Associates in Greece and Cyprus, has brought one of the most contemporary training instruments, “The Learning Organization” which is leverage for transforming companies in “organizations that learns”.

The Learning Organization guides the participants to new and more innovative ways to carry out their work. They are getting familiar with the concept and the way learning teams do function and operate.

The programme supplies them with new skills and tools which are going to be used at their business environments. The content of the training programme is based on the scientific work and research conducted by the MIT Professor Peter Senge who set the platform of the learning organization as described at his book “The fifth Discipline”. “We use the five disciplines as the core of learning skills, for accelerating the improvement and growth of our organization. The specific programme of Innovation Associates is the cornerstone of our effort”
Anny WHITE, Director of Learning Skills-Coca-Cola Company

AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

The training programme includes practical knowledge, strategies and tools related to the five disciplines of the Learning Organization, as they have applied successfully by innovative companies. You will discover the attributes and the benefits of such an organization and you will discuss the roles, the skills, the capabilities and the methods which are required.

It is a highly interactive programme which will help you, using various training and educational methods, to absorb and adopt the five elements of the organization that learns.

    • Mental patterns: How the personal beliefs, values and principles affect the way we function as a team. New ways of identifying, controlling and changing of mental patterns will be indicated for improving the thinking and analytical skills. Moreover, communication techniques will be presented together with an assessment of the team’s mental patterns for being able to end up with a common perception.
    • Common Vision: Why so many corporate visions fail when one single and unique vision may be the critical success factor? You will learn how to create common visions in a company.
    • Personal dominance and leadership: You will examine ways for working to the direction of implementing changes. You will find out how you will set personal goals and personal vision as well as how you will turn yourself to the direction of achieving personal goals which will be in harness with the company’s vision.
    • Team learning: You will learn: how to create teams with high levels of synergy, how a real conversation, a structured dialogue, will be a valuable tool for exploring new issues – deriving from common experiences – which will show the way to better results
    • Systemic approach: Current problems are coming from past solutions. You will learn how to observe and analyze interactions, structures and behavioural systems which affect performance.

The duration of the training programme is two days. Directors and managers from any level and at any type of industry may attend the Learning Organization
