Signature Service is a flexible, two-day, instructorled program designed for employees who interact with either internal or external customers. It is designed in two- and three-hour stand-alone modules, so that the program can be configured to meet your organization’s needs. The learning experience can be enhanced by the use of the Service Dimensions Inventory, an instrument that measures technical knowledge, people skills, selfmanagement, and flexibility. It provides individuals with personalized feedback and development planning.
For systematic integration, Signature Service can be combined with two complementary Wilson Learning programs, Managing Signature Service and Reinforcing Signature Service. Both programs further strengthen customer relationship skills, and ensure that management is involved in the improvement effort.
